Sonovus Energy

Every company we hold in Texas whose Google breakdown has been read, grouped by their share of one and two star reviews. Sonovus Energy is in the highlighted group.

Sonovus installed solar panels on our home in 2023. We have a broken panel now and I have been trying to get in touch with them. Their website no longer works and no one answers their phones. Panel is under warranty and need it to be replaced. There seems to be a person named Drew that has responded to people through these Google reviews, but when I emailed him it bounced back. Just need someone's valid contact information.

Would not recommend them at all. Signed contract in July 2023, everything got installed in about 3 months but we are still not using solar because we went about 6 months without any contact or what was going on with our system. It is now April and people finally show up to inspect it with the city and there no plans or permits for the city to check out.

Sonovus Energy is a nightmare. Our project was supposed to be completed in the Fall of 2022. Its currently 2024 and work is not complete.

Sonovus energy installed solar panels on my home but I have a concern about how they secured the panels because they only bolt them on the plywood not from the 4x2 to have better support especially because here in North texas we have strong winds and tornados I been trying to get someone from sonovus to see the installation but no one call me back I sent pictures showing the type of information they did but still no one got in touch with me to discuss my concerns I also been trying to get in touch with the salesman Ismael Lopez but he disappeared after the installation but all I need is make s

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
