Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in South Carolina. Across South Carolina, 35 of the 101 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 15 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

A Horrific experience. This journey will come to an end soon since my warranty will expire. Below are some suggestions before you decide on going solar and using SER as your install company. Before you sign a contract-- Realize the following. - You need to research the install companies. SC has a list of approved companies. SER wasn't on the list. - Your install company will be like your power company at times. The difference is-- they don't always answer. - You need to be skilled in learning complicated steps and following directions over the phone to try to get yourself back online. - Get at

Best Solar panel company in the industry Highly RECOMMENDED!!

We are so glad we found See southeast Energy Resources. Chuck and Chris were terrific in diagnosing our problem and then getting it fixed so quickly! The people who installed our panels went out of business so we feel extremely lucky to have found such a knowledgeable company. Plus they offer a service plan so now we know we have someone to help with any future issues. What a relief! Definitely recommed them!!!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Angi. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. North Charleston is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
