The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 49 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I should’ve checked all the reviews before I went with them. Connor was the salesman that came out and promised us the world. I haven’t heard from him since then. That was going on 7months ago. My solar panels are still not powered on. I call and call and all i get is the same receptionist who promises to have someone call me back. Technicians have come out, inspectors have come out, and the same electricians come and go. Still nothing. Is my only recourse a legal one??

I really hate doing this. I was so hopeful solar was going to be a good experience. To start off the sales man got me but that’s not this company’s fault. Sufyan lied about several things like “your batteries will run your entire house.” But that’s not this company’s fault. However in the last 6 months I have been trying to get several questions answered and this company that installed the system has done nothing to help. Thank God for ChatGPT. I had an alarm go off and when I called the company they said they would get with a tech. After 24 hours I used chat and fixed it myself. Open further

Best price and quick installation. They were quick with all aspects of getting our solar system up and running. Design, site visit, permits, approvals, installation and commissioning.

*Update* Finally, after all of the tax credit craziness is over, we had a good experience with Southern Energy Distributors. We had a hail storm come through that knocked out 3 panels and required us to get a new roof. SED sent out a different crew than the one that did our install and they were perfectly on-time and efficient in getting the panels pulled down. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful throughout the project. We had the same experience on the reset. Nicole helped us out a lot with active communication and went out of her way to make sure this experience would b

I have saved so much money switching to this companies program!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Pleasanton is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
