Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around January 2026

Great company to work with. Communication was perfect and install team was professional and on point. Didn’t think it would be that easy. Would highly recommend and will use in the future for any other solar projects

  • 5★ · around November 2025

Jason and his crew at Stardust Solar did a fantastic job. From start to finish the communication was great and all my questions were answered promptly. The installation and inspection process was explained in detail and the project progressed smoothly. I'm now well on my way to saving money and minimizing my reliance on the grid.

  • 5★ · around September 2025

The team at Stardust Solar knocked it out of the park with my 20kw panels and Powerwall 3 install. Jason was super knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and walking us through the process every step of the way. Deal in confidence that you’ll get the best value on the market. The team was super fast and professional during the install. We’re up and running. In a few days once all the permitting and utility stage gates were complete. Would 100% use Stardust Solar again.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Westerville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
