Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 112 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I have had to replace pump twice in 6 years, with soft water. Will try a different brand. Not recommended.

Cant thank thank yall enough. Superior solar pumps. Came with the property i bought but ran with zero issues for about 8+ years untill i messed up and shorted the pump controller. Amazing and friendly customer support. Was able to send it in for repairs and was a quick return and fair pricing.. Water is life and i trust these guys to the fullest. 💚

I up graded to a five star. 2021. That little pump is still in the well without a single problem. Since 2012, 9 yrs!!! Too Cool! Older Post: We have a well for the main house. It is used only for the main house. No arrogation loads. We used the SDS-T-128 well pump. It pumps 175ft with no problem. For power we use two 30volt solar panels supplied by the company, WITH NO BATTERIES! As long as the sun is up, it pumps on demand. We fill a 500gal tank in 6hrs. Ok now for the problems. The splice kit supplied to connect the wires to the pump failed within a year. Water got to the connections and rot

I recently attended the Sun Pumps School and was very impressed. The staff are all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They worked hard to provide us with useful information and answered all our questions. I work for a ranching operation with over 200 water wells and I will always go to Sun Pumps with my business. They make sure that the customer is getting the exact product they need for their specific application.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“system is engineered to outlast the warranty paperwork. Service A real person…”

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under septic.
  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
