SunPower®

Worst experience with a company I've had in my life. Following roof damage due to hail, I have been trying to get this company to remove and reinstall the solar panels which has been a nightmare. I could have used a third party installer but that would void my warranty which they held over my head for using them for this and yet I still don't have my panels reinstalled months later, I'm being ghosted by the company. Stay Away!

Extremely disappointed! Installation and activation took months longer than promised, a compensation payment for the delay was never received, and reimbursement payments have stopped well short of the 18 months also promised. I did not want to give them any stars, but a min of 1 was required to make this post. Find another installer!

Blue Raven Solar hired us for a roof repair after they installed solar panels on a customers home in July of 2024. My shingle repair bid of $550 was accepted and they had us schedule the repair. Soon after finishing and sending an invoice for payment we received bankruptcy papers for Blue Raven Solar. They did not pay for their repair and STILL owe us the money. Every time we call we either get an automated voicemail or someone transfers the call to someone else and we get put on hold. Ironically.....we got a call from them in 2025 since we were listed in their system as an approved roof repai

Our sales experience with Blue Raven Solar was wonderful. Jaimeson was very informative and worked hard to assist us with system selection and finance options. After we signed the deal, things fell apart. We had our roof replaced in early November, but we could not get BRS to install the system until 12/21. The installation was fast and efficient, but then it took weeks to get the system inspected, and turned on. It was late January-early February before the system was up and generating energy. Now, the system doesn’t appear to be producing at the capacity we were promised, and we are trying t

The service reps were friendly and did a great job with the installation. They did have to come back a second time due to a shortage of supplies. There was some debris left on the property but for the most part they cleaned up and took everything with them when done. They did ask for my WiFi name and password. Would be good to explain why this is needed before hand.

Install was done all in one day. Materials were all shipped to the house the day before and there was clear communication about what would happen. Worked very respectfully with my wife when a minor adjustment was needed without making her feel inferior.

Crews were very informational, made sure I was happy with the out-come of conduit positions which they ended up going above and beyond. Also sales rep checked in and was happy to help with any other questions I had. All in all had good experience and would recommend blue raven to people wanting solar.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
