  Sunrun has contracted with some very shady individuals as their knock on door cold call sales reps. This kid just showed up at our door, rang the doorbell, knocked on the door & triggered our dogs to no end as you can hear from the video. After a long moment of having to calm the dogs, I went out through the garage to see if it was a delivery. It turned out to be Sunrun. I was surprised he actually had our names. He introduced himself, and I immediately but politely told the kid, “thank you, no thank you” & that we already have solar. Unfortunately, he continued with his round of demanding & c

  New Post: I can't believe I am forced to write this review again but the lack of care which Sunrun shows in fixing their panels is shocking. Don't be fooled by the customer service in setting up your panels, only post installation does Sunrun shows its true colors. After chasing Sunrun to fix my panels which were down in October 2025 for 2 months they finally sent 2 technicians on December 30th to get on the roof and fix the issue (for details of that entire process see post below). The technicians indicated that 2 of my panels are faulty and needed to be replaced but that they had the system
