The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Horrible customer service. I have had 77 panels installed and 2 batteries over a 5 year period. I thought I could overlook some inconviencences and excuses because the company was small and I wanted to be loyal to a local owner. That has all backfired and my system has remainded in disrepair with warranty issues now waiting over 6 months and counting to get addressed. My battery backup failed during the last hurricane and I can't get anyone out after 4 weeks to figure out why. I have had 10 optimizers out for more than 6 months and I can't get it resolved. Look else where. Anyone can see it to

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. My experience has been frustrating from the very beginning, and at this point I have completely lost confidence in their ability to properly inspect, communicate about, and timely service a solar system. My experience began before I purchased my home. The owner inspected the existing solar system and told me that it was up and running and functioning properly. I relied on that assessment when moving forward with the purchase of the home. After closing, I paid to have the manufacturer’s warranty coverage transferred so that this co

Our experience with Sweetwater Energy Services has been nothing less than stellar. Every single question we had was answered in a timely and satisfactory manner. Throughout every step of the process, Thomas and his crew were communicative and engaged – as eager for us to flip the switch as we were ourselves! Their commitment to delivering both quality product and service is outstanding - even outside of their field, I’ve found few businesses that can match their care and concern for their customer. Truly, these are good people, and I can think of no higher review to leave than that.

We recently bought a house with solar panels installed by the company about 5 years ago. We noticed that one of the three PV chargers was offline in the control panel. Without too much hope of getting a response, we contacted the owner of the company. Thomas quickly responded with a warm email, and suggested to send an engineer to my house to take a look at the system. The systems engineer Rick came to my house, quickly resolved the issue, and went beyond to explain in details about how the system works. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Sweeter Energy Se

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
