After dealing with a nightmare install from Pink Energy (before they went bankrupt), I finally found the right team. Frederick Clare and his partners stepped in, diagnosed the problems, and got my Generac solar system fully operational. They were responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—fixing the “ghost” errors, setting up proper monitoring, and confirming the system was producing and charging exactly as it should. Communication was great from start to finish, and they even followed up after the work was done to make sure everything stayed on track. If you’re trying to recover f

They came into a mess created by another company. They accessed the whole system and went to bat for us to get the work covered by the previous company. Then they fixed everything and Fred didn’t sign off on the job being done until everything was working correctly. Very professional to deal with. They will be my first call if we need more help in the future

The wife and I were going through a mess when Titan installed our solar panels. Then we got a letter in the mail about them claiming bankruptcy. That put us in a bind bc now we didn't have no one to repair or maintenance our panels. We called around and no one could point us in the right direction or even wanted to help us. Then our panels stopped working and we were lost. Decided to sit down one day and just keep calling everyone that showed up on the internet. Thank God we got in contact with Fred West of The Solar Agents. He was informative about everything and was willing to get us back on

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“questions about warranty protections, financing options, available tax credits and/or grants…”

• Warranty

“review commonly asked questions about warranty protections, financing options,…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Mineral is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
