Not much to add to these other reviews. No communication, hide behind the "third party" sales company for all the mis truths. High loan payment and no savings. DO NOT sign anything with this company. I will be sharing my story with the news, if anyone wants to join, let me know. I also filed a case with the Illinois Attorney General, if you have not, I highly recommend you do. So far, it hasn't helped me, but at least the state will know what Titan is doing to residents.

If any representative promotes the solar power energy program to you, and Titan is doing the work/installation, make sure that you decline the offer. They do not complete the work, and they will end up costing you additional money. This company is almost a scam. Buyer beware of Titan Solar Power.

This has to be the worst experience, I wouldn’t Give sun run or Titan a star if I didn’t have to, to leave A review. August 2023 through March 2024 my system hasn’t operated. In August 2023, I really wish I could have this taken off my Home,. Sun, run, solar, and Titan solar to me are the worst companies for solar panels. The Lack Of Professionalism and Communication Has made me not Wanting solar power. after installation, the inspector came out and Failed their work, Red Flag I thought it was sloppy Work myself, Schedule an appointment For Titan come out the issues,, I takeoff work to be Home

Our system was done in two phases with one group responsible for installation of the solar panels and trenching and the other group responsible for the installation of the battery, wiring, and electrical systems. The first phase was the longest as there was an error in communication for where to install the solar panels and issues with the equipment for trenching. The workers would leave early and did not finish the trenching by the time the next group arrived. A good part of the trenching had to be done by the electricians. However, the installation of the battery and wiring was very smooth a

I had my solar installed 60 days after signing. Install was completed by a great group of guys. I had my inspection. Then they turned on my system. The communication was great. I saw the past reviews. I was nervous. I talked to one of the installers. He said that the branch had new management. I highly recommend Titan!

The chicago3 team did an excellent job installing our solar panels. They took their time and installed everything correctly. I have referred them every chance I get.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
