Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Amazing service. Alex showed up promptly to our scheduled time. The pricing for cleaning our solar panels was very and I mean very fair. More importantly Alex (the owner) was extremely responsive when scheduling a time and date for the service. I called 5-6 other local businesses (Tulare, Kern and Fresno county) to find the most competitive pricing and quality service and Top Tier shine was by far the best.

Had a great experience with our solar panel cleaning! Alex showed up on time, was very reliable, and offered affordable pricing. The panels looked spotless after he was done. He also went above and beyond by suggesting we add netting to prevent pigeons from nesting under the panels which we ended up doing. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Price is responsible, Alex did really good job, panels look good. I highly recommend him.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“to improve our service to you. 100% satisfaction guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under gutters.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Delano is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
