Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in Oklahoma. Across Oklahoma, 7 of the 55 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Somebody needs to teach their driver that 50 in a 35 with a trailer in tow, that must need electrical work done the brake lights don't work. Don't really care you how work is when they can't even drive right.

My previous Solar Provider went out of business and left TOSI’s contact information. We needed our panels reinstalled and from the first phone call until everything was done we received nothing but excellent customer service and remarkably fast service. They even honored the previous quote we received from our old solar company! I called on a Thursday they reinstalled the following Tuesday! Matt answered all my questions and relieved my concerns. Seems like an honest amazing company to me! Thank you so much Matt and TOSI for the prompt communication and Excellent service!

Very responsive and easy to work with. TOSI was very professional from sales to installation. They were able to complete the installation before the end of the year, enabling me to claim the tax credit for the current tax year. I couldn't be happier. The Franklinwh system is better than any of the others I investigated. Other home backup systems have an essential load panel. Those are the only loads powered when the grid fails. Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
