Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Louisiana. Across Louisiana, 18 of the 47 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 144 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Louisiana, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★100%

Each mark is one company we hold in Louisiana whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Trinium is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Adam, Mark and Greg are extremely creepy. Soliciting door to door at 8:00 at night is the worst way to get customers. Please leave us alone in Ponchatoula

Installation was great, the system is great, what is NOT great is Infenergy's customer service. I have been trying to get someone to repair a damaged inverter for 5 months. Now I do not get my calls or emails and texts returned.

System works. Very quick to get customer under contract, but the actual installation was anything other than quick. Install started in August. No call before you dig, so they trenched through my water line. They spent all day trying to fix instead of installing. I came home from work around 10 PM and fixed it in 10 minutes. Install stalled out a few days later and they were gone for weeks. When they came back, they "finished" the install and failed inspection 3 times with multiple re-wirings because the installers didn't follow the engineer's plans and tried using undersized wire and conduit.

Ken was great from start to finish and even checked in with me periodically. I love my windows and would definitely work with them again. The guys that did the install worked great together. Very professional and efficient. Would have given them 5 stars…. But one of my windows was a special order and took longer than expected….they did tell me it would be 1-2 weeks longer because it being a special order…. But it was like 4-5 weeks longer than expected, which was my only complaint!

Greg and Adam were absolutely amazing! Took time to explain and break everything down for us, and got everything squared away quickly. Can't wait to see the new windows installed

Gregory did a great job of explaining everything and was very helpful!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
