The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The panels came off and went back on as planned but the communication in between was a bit poor. There was some back track following the consult regarding coordination for my roof repair. Additionally, due to me not being able to respond within a 30 minute window or on a Saturday at 7pm, that apparently warranted some demands and conditional statements. Following the “coordination,” the arrival timing was still off. I also discussed a review of the age of my panels, but there was no communication at all on the day of the service just a bill after completion. Customer service skills could use s

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Moncks Corner is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
