  My wife and I had a very concerning experience with United Solar Electric regarding their business ethics and refund policies. We were interested in solar for our 1940s home and provided a deposit in good faith. However, after further inspection of our roof and the overall project viability, we decided not to move forward. When we requested our deposit back—before any equipment was ordered or installation began—the company initially refused, claiming it was 'passed' the point of a refund. It was a high-pressure situation where we felt they were trying to lock us into a contract we weren't comf

  I had gotten my solar system though them, at the time and referred my sister to get her solar system though them as well. When I inquired about the referral fee they were offering they said that because the sales guy did not note that I had referred them they would not give me the referral fee. He had spoke to my sister in detail about my system and even looked up my account with her to see what size system I had gotten but did not note that I had referred her. I don’t like companies that don’t stand by their word seems kinda shady to me to.

  They did what was promised. I have no problems with the panels they monitor to make sure they are working right. I am glad that I got these panels from United SOLAR Electric I would get more but I already did that I do not need more.

  United Solar Electric installed my Solar Panel system and did a great job. They were competitive on the pricing, installed the system exactly as I wanted it and did it quickly and efficiently. I will use them again if I ever need another Solar System.
