  I am providing the latest update on the installation of my system which has still not been completed by Westcoast Solar since the original installation of sept 2024. I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GIVE ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. HAD THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH COMPLETELY, I WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A REVISON THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. BUYER BEWARE LOOK AT THE RATINGS OF 1 STAR ON ALL REVIEW APPS. THEY ARE MORE THAN LIKELY TRUE. This company is horrible to deal with.   The technician who finally arrived at my house five weeks after I contacted West Coast Solar, did a great job replacing the inverter. The level of service from West Coast Solar as a company has a lot of room for improvement. Five weeks without Solar is not acceptable. I made many phone calls that were not returned, and I felt like I was getting the runaround. In the end, solar edge sent the inverter to West Coast Solar, who scheduled the work, then reschedule the work, then reschedule the work again! The technician was confident and professional, but it was five weeks until he showed up

  Ryan, Gabe, and Travis along with all of the West Coast Solar Team were all very supportive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of having our Solar install led for our home. I chose to work with West Coast Solar and their Team because of my in-laws used West Coast Solar and they treated them with up most respect and support. Ryan and his Team made the process easy and hassle free for my wife and I. They handled everything Start to Finish. Scheduled all of the Appointments and Permits.   West Coast Solar helped us quite a bit. They were the installers of our solar but we ended up inheriting a service contract with Spruce (Real Estate Agents didn’t do any paperwork for Spruce, only West Coast Solar) when we purchased the property in 2020.. West coast Solar was set to come to our home in November of 2025 to replace a broken inverter, they found that we had a service Contract with Sprucepower. They went out of their way to help me to get Sprucepower to not move so slowly to go through their processes. The inverter is now at my property as West Coast Solar had my part and arranged

  Cliff with West Coast Solar is AWESOME!! Polite, courteous, friendly and approachable! He explained the processes very well, checked in with me before, during and after he had finished. What an asset to the company! Give him a raise! 👏🤩 Turns out we needed a new inverter and Josh, the service tech was also AWESOME! Communicated every step of the way, arrived promptly on time, checked with me mid-process and upon completion. Efficient, courteous and expert service! 👏😃
