  Been dealing with vantage point solar for 2 years worse customer service ever recently had encore cut out the meter they installed without any notification called my installers said they'd be back out been 3 weeks no updates on the situation at all before that took over a year to get batteries for my panels and when they installed as well 8 of the panels weren't even working not that we could tell since they never told us about the solaredge app DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

  I went with Vantage Point Solar about four years ago. I had nothing but trouble in the beginning. And since then, a lot of my equipment doesn’t work and no matter how much I’ve tried to reach out to get assistance the owner refuses to call back or take care of anything. You publicly respond as though you are going to answer anyone’s phone call and do anything to fix the problem. However, I have called you multiple times and you refuse to call back.

  We had multiple issues from the start, which left us frustrated. While they eventually responded to our concerns, the fact that these problems arose in the first place suggests a lack of thoroughness.

  Had some challenges getting responses from the folks here. After some time invested on my end, I finally got a response and they completed what they needed too. It was a bit to much of a chase for me to give them a 4 or 5 start but they did finally finish and the system is working properly and I have the visibility of what my system is producing and what I am consuming. Happy to get it all done and hope Vantage has learned and grown from all of this and work to not repeat the issues. Thanks to them for closing the loop on all of this.

  I liked how relaxed the environment felt. It wasn’t loud or chaotic, and the team kept everything moving smoothly. That peaceful atmosphere made the visit much less stressful. Definitely appreciated.

  One thing I noticed right away was how organized everything was. The process felt structured without feeling cold or impersonal. They balance professionalism and warmth really well. That’s not easy to do.

  Vantage Point Solar has that rare quality where the service feels genuinely human. It’s not robotic or overly formal. The staff are approachable and helpful, which makes the entire experience better. I really appreciated that.

• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
