This company under bid their contract and refuses to fix the problem. They said they would produce 100% of our energy needs and only produces roughly 40%. i do not recommend and i am actively seekimg their competitor because of their customer service alone.

This whole experience feels completely misleading and honestly unacceptable. After my system was installed, I was told that after two years my monthly cost would be about $400 plus a small $18 connection fee, and that I would receive around $20,000 back to reduce my loan. I was led to believe my electricity costs would basically be minimal. That is NOT what happened. The moment summer hit, my bills shot up. I’ve seen electric bills go as high as $700 in a single month — and that’s BEFORE even counting the solar loan. So instead of saving money, I’m paying way more than I ever did before going

There's been very few times in my life that I made terrible decisions. Like buying a timeshare, and using this company for solar. First issue was that I did not get multiple bids. They grossly overcharged me. The second issue they didn't get away with, but from reading other reviews I was lucky. I gave them the numbers. The numbers related to my energy usage. I told them that I didn't want to pay for an NV energy bill and their bill. I asked that my panels be more than enough for what I use and greater amounts in the future. I won't bore you with particulars, but I was specific with them. The

My only complaint is with the two young men who sold me on solar. They were very nice, but told me one absolute lie that I am angry about. My belief is that, because of my age (I'm 81), they felt they could tell me ANYthing. It was : when I mentioned that I might be selling my townhouse sometime in the future - they ASSURED me that if the new owners didn't want solar, the equipment and panels would be removed at NO COST!! Sounded good. Okay let's do it. Now, I've listed my place. The realtor assured me that, no, I had a lease on the panels (they had also neglected to explain it was a lease) fo

If you decide to install solar panels in your home, don't hesitate to call 1Solar. As the name suggests, they are number one, and they have a fantastic team, including Mahonry, their representative who assisted us. What can I say about Mahonry when it comes to solar panels? Professionalism is key. He instills confidence in every step you take, explaining everything in great detail. He gives you peace of mind and makes you feel secure in making the right decision. Once the entire process is complete, you won't need any further training. Working with him is like learning something new every day

I was promised a $500 promotion and the installation of a critter guard—both clearly outlined in my signed contract. Nearly a year later, neither has been fulfilled. Despite repeated follow-ups, the installer now claims they were never paid by the prime contractor and therefore refuse to honor the agreement. The system itself functions well, but the complete lack of accountability and blatant disregard for contractual obligations is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE: 1Solar made it right. They sent me the check and at som

Great and easy experience with this company, totally recommended it to the skeptical people like me.

Its website also mentions licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
