Its one and two star share is 26 points above the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 17 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Stay away from this company. From customer service to finish was a terrible experience.

JoElyn was AWESOME. Considerate of my needs and restrictions offering several creative mounting solutions. Safety is a high priority with her. Very thorough, answered all of my questions, and there were many, in a timely manner. I would recommend.

I'm most happy with the owners and the quality of the installation/equipment! I would highly recommend them for that--the owners have high integrity in their work ethic. They are now the ONLY local SunPower installers. I was unsatisfied with 3 other companies I received bids from locally, due to the staffing and quality of equipment. Overall this was a good experience and I would recommend these local owners any day!

Very knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly team. Highly recommended.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“Beth has been in the solar business since 1999. She loves to hike with her Corgis,…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Canon City is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
