    Unfortunate really. Bad customer service. The name does not represent the company. We have an off grid home located very close to their shop, but they will not service our home because we did not purchase our solar panels from them. They only do off grid systems. Our home is off grid. I tried to see if there was anything I could do to make it work, but she was unwilling to budge. We were gifted brand new high quality solar panel still in the box, but because they were not sold to us by them, they would not help us. They want that price markup. We would have happily paid them top dollar for the

    I was in desperation mode being unable to get anyone to even return my call, much less listen. I called Jeremy and he returned my call...from vacation...out of the country. Then, he followed up after getting back. You can't get that kinda service anywhere nowadays.

    I first contacted All Solar in mid-summer 2024 prior to even having our property purchased. Amy was very helpful in helping to establish a budget for our system. By spring of 2025 we were ready for install which was no easy feat. Our property was 2 hours from their office at 9,500' in elevation with unpredictable weather however, Amy and Jeremy were absolutely excellent to work with throughout the entire installation process. Difficult site conditions, several other sub-contractors to work with and unpredictable weather did not impact their performance or quality installation of our system. Ov

    Can't say enough. They are AMAZING. They are helpful in every way. Patient as can be.
