Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Burbank area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Burbank area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Ace Solaris is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Amazing experience!! These are the guys for your solar needs!! My wife and I just had our solar installed by Helios and OC Solar and couldn’t be happier. Taylor was extremely professional, helpful and on point through the whole process. Aram and his OC team came through and went far and beyond our expectations during the install. Honestly, couldn’t recommend them more five stars!! Mike and Julianne

About 2 months ago we purchased 12 panels with Ace Solaris. The installation process was seamless and professional, with excellent communication throughout. We're thrilled with the significant reduction in our electricity bill since going ace Solaris. Aram and his team was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making the decision to go solar easy. The installer crew was punctual, meticulous, and cleaned up completely after the installation. We highly recommend Ace Solaris for their outstanding customer service and quality products.

Amazing and timely. Honestly I didn't know what to expect and or know where to begin this small project. So I turned to Angi's list a couple of weeks ago and Ace Solaris was one of the ones they recommended out. They contacted me and everything was done before I knew it. Work: it was clean and quick. Looks great just check the images. Service: diligent and respectful. Honesty Mark was on it and respectful of the property, my opinion, and the project. It was great to see he took his time in making sure it was done right, even down to the clean up. It is great seeing someone who takes pride in t

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions financing and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
