We had ADK Solar install our system about 6 years ago. Brock and everyone involved were great to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. If I need them for anything they get back to me immediately and are extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering installing a solar system!

ADK Solar owners are Real People ! When I was considering installing Solar at my home I had been contacted by an out of town large Solar company. When I went to talk to the brothers whom I had done business with years ago & was extremely satisfied I found that the large company had already applied for NYSERDA permits & i needed to stay with them. Im a 77 year old widow with some major health problems. This was my first winter with Solar & i didn't have a clue. When Enphase notified me that my Solar wasn't talking to the main frame I tried for a couple weeks to get in touch with the installer.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

  “, you will pay approximately: $23,400 over 10 years $46,800 over 20 years $58,500 over 25…”

• Licensed

“receive a lower quote from another licensed solar installer, let us know. We’ll…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
