    I wanted to like Alba Energy, but this has been a really frustrating experience. Back in February, I reached out because my inverter stopped generating power and I wanted to check on the warranty. They got back to me pretty quickly and confirmed everything was still covered, which was great. Then came the actual service part. In April, their team asked me to send over some specific photos of the inverter and the LED status to help narrow down the issue. I sent those over right away. Since then, total silence. I followed up in late April, again at the end of May, and once more in June. I haven'

    Alba Energy has completely failed to honor their warranty. After multiple emails and calls, they stopped responding altogether, leaving unresolved issues with my solar system. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability and employee professionalism, and absence of management. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with such a major investment.

    We were very excited to install solar. Alba sells it well. We’ve had our panels for years. But we recently started to get a dip in our output. I’ll admit. I didn’t notice it. But once I did, I started reaching out to them. I get it. Reboot. So we went through that. They literally don’t answer phones. And they barely respond to emails. I’ve called. Written. Left voicemails. Warranty? What good is a warranty they won’t honor? The wiring they sold with the system appears to be falling apart. Great! Am I supposed to climb up there and fix it myself? So here goes another week with no response. Anot

    I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Alba Energy. They were great to work with, always responded quickly and kept me abreast of what was going on. David explained the process in a way that I could understand. I’m very happy with my system. Having the battery backup gives me peace of mind. The phone app is awesome and shows me where the energy is coming from and going to and how much I’m using and the battery level - all in real time. And, Alba’s quote was considerably less than two other solar contractors I contacted. Some contractors are taking advantage of people, but not the fo

    I hired Alba to remove and reinstall my Tesla panels so I could have the roof replaced. Tesla was a pain to deal with, but Alba was great and made it as easy as they could. Communication was excellent and the crew that came out was top notch. Very respectful and genuine. They left my property in better shape than it was when they got here. If I ever have to do anything with solar again, Alba is who I’ll call.

    What a great experience. Professional from start to finish. The folks at Alba did virtually all the paperwork and the install was flawless. Besides professional, they are courteous, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
