Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I work with a number of contractors on multiple homes and rarely write reviews or make recommendations. But my recent experience with Christian and his staff at Ark Solar and Roofing was definitely worth talking / writing about. Over the last few months, they did the following work on our Florida home. •Vented our indoor stove exhaust fan to the outside •Installed a backdoor to our backyard •Built an entire 12x15 roof extension to match our existing patio roof •Installed an entire custom outdoor kitchen / bar, accent lights and ceiling fan •Purchased and installed all of our outdoor appliances

These guys were great to work with . Did a great job and was done very professionally. They worked with our insurance company and showed them where the water was coming in and the damage it caused ! Great company to work with !!!!

Christian is incredible. He redid my whole house after it was flooded. It turned out beautifully. I will recommend him for anything. It is not often that you become good friends with your contractor. He totally stands behind his work. CALL HIM!

  • contractor 4
  • leak repair 4

  • workmanship 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“our work with a real workmanship warranty. When something isn’t right, we…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
