Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 58 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Worst place to take loads to, I don’t like writing bad reviews but this place was really worst by far. Second day waiting to be unloaded, avoid this place please! Update: ITS 2:26PM day number 2! TWO DAYS OF WAITING TO BE UNLOADED. You will 2-3 hours so they move containers from front of the trailer to the end of the trailer for no reason and then they’ll take you to the middle of the field to stay and wait there whole day, no restrooms, no help, nothing. The most unorganized company. WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR! I lost hope waiting to be unloaded.

Horrible place to deliver. You will sit there the entire day. 12 people watching 2 work. This company truly doesn't care about the truck driver. Your rate con will also say if you are late or fail to keep the broker updated, they'll doc you 250.00, but they will make you sit for 12 hours and not return a phone call.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
