  We had blue sky install a complete PV system with generac generator backup for a rural property that is susceptible to grid power outages. When tied to the grid, the system works as intended. If the power goes out, nothing works. The generator has literally never kicked on during an outage, EVER. The only time it runs is during its scheduled weekly exercise period wasting our propane. But never when it is actually needed. I've reached out about getting them to get it to work properly, they couldn't be bothered bc it's too far away to trouble shoot. They have had several opportunities to fix it

  Brought them on for a solar repair that took over a year to do and multiple visits kept them after the roof started leaking. They built a huge claim to get my house fixed claiming it was so i got everything i needed paid for and then did 1/4 of the work but demanded the whole insurance payment. I asked for quotes and documents for months that were never provided. I filed a complaint against them with the insurance company, the attorney general and department insurance.

  In November 2023 helped a client purchase a home where the roof was replaced by this company. Unfortunately, the roofer did not inform us that the inverter for the solar panels wasn't functioning after the panels were removed and reinstalled. We later discovered that a supplemental invoice could have been submitted to insurance to cover the repair, but this wasn't done. I urge the roofer to reach out and help resolve this issue to ensure my client receives the service and support they deserve.

  We had a hail storm back in March that damaged our roof, siding and parts of our fence. Unsure of which contractor to trust, a friend recommended Jonathan and his team after the excellent work they had done on his home the year before. The work Jonathan’s team did for us was phenomenal. They gave our home a complete facelift by replacing the roof and fence, and repainting all the trim and siding. Jonathan was also instrumental in facilitating communication with our insurance company — without his help, we might not have secured coverage for the full scope of work. • Google also lists this company under general contracting, gutters, paving, roofing and windows. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
