Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Massachusetts. Across Massachusetts, 107 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Brad did great job for us. Being complete novices at solar, a friend in the commercial business suggested we call Brad. Brad explained thoroughly how we could best use a solar installation in terms of financial considerations. Then followed up on our actual work as it progressed. Any questions, a quick phone call was answered. Good job all around.

Brad informed me, facilitated all logistics between my wife and myself to make sure our project came out as we expected. In fact, our solar out put is more than we need, so we have credit we can use however we want in the future. We could not have asked for better service from Brad and Insight Solar, our chosen company that installed the system back in the fall of 2020. We have not paid an electric bill since then.

Brad truly IS the Solar Guy. If you need to clear out the sales clutter and get the straight talk about costs and benefits of going solar, Brad’s the right guy. 5+ years ago I trusted Brad after sending several other door knockers packing. He knew his stuff and walked us through the process from start to finish. Haven’t had an electric bill since Aug 2019. Very close to fully recouping my up front purchase investment as production continues to outpace consumption.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. West Springfield is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
