Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Go through Buckeye Renewables! if you are looking for solar panels. They're absolutely an amazing team! Knew what they were doing and extremely friendly. Answered questions I had perfectly. What cuts the cake the most was the electrician Dustin catching a melted breaker. Thank God for Dustin or we would of had a house fire. Thank you Buckeye Renewables for you assistance with our solar panels and safety. Thank you Dustin again for saving us and our children and pets from having a house fire. ❤️

Had this group of guys come in Friday morning the boss came down with him. They were polite. They were clean. They knew exactly what they were doing. The hook ups were neat. The breaker box was neat. They cleaned up. They made sure I knew what was going on. They took me around and showed me I highly recommend this company. Do not hesitate if you’re on the fence use me as a reference. Find me on Facebook and ask me any questions you need.

Great company. Very knowledgeable. Prompt arrival, clean install, and looks great. Highly recommend this company for your solar install.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • solar system installation 4

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“with a strong, dedicated team and over 20 years of combined experience in the solar…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
