Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Georgia. Across Georgia, 47 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This is my first go at solar. I have a shed that was too far and expensive to run power. Michael was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic installation. I am looking forward to a larger setup for my house.

We had an excellent experience working with Carbon Recall. The team was all very friendly and professional. Their work was very meticulous and thorough, and we had a good experience with the set-up process of the panels. They are very knowledgeable in the field, and made sure to communicate what their process was, along with any changes to that process. They genuinely care about the quality of work and are responsive to any issues or questions that come up. Highly recommend!

Nicholas of Carbon Recall Newnan visited my property twice, regarding my nonfunctioning solar system on behalf of GENERAC. On the first occasion, he very carefully diagnosed the problem while politely explaining his actions. When Nicholas returned on the second occasion, he again explained what he was doing. After my solar system had resumed functioning, he asked whether I had any questions. Nick was sensitive, very thorough, and unhurried. The service provided by Carbon Recall Newnan is what delights customers. In an earlier post, I erroneously named the wonderful Carbon Recall Newnan gentlem

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and HomeAdvisor. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Newnan is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
