  The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. From start to finish, the process was frustrating and disappointing. Now, to make matters significantly worse, the company is going bankrupt — leaving customers like me completely stranded. Because of their financial collapse, the service warranty I was promised is no longer honored or available.   Nothing but problems with the company. My install and dawning of the system was delayed by months. Freedom nor Georgia power would/could give me a straight answer. Additionally, after a year of having this system and not changing my power usage at all, my cost to Georgia power has been over the estimated cost. In light of that they sent a rep around saying there was new rates that we qualified for, after 2 months I haven’t heard from the representative nor has my power bill reflected the new rate I qualified for.

  Subject: Ongoing Loan Dispute – Job Cancelled but Still Being Billed Dear [Recipient or Mosaic/Freedom Forever], I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue between Freedom Forever and Mosaic regarding my cancelled solar installation. The job was cancelled on May 31, 2024, due to insufficient sunlight at my property. Freedom Forever claims they sent the cancellation letter to Mosaic.
