Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Atlanta. Across Georgia, 40 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 67 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Atlanta, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in Atlanta whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Better Tomorrow Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I tried to get Better Tomorrow Solar to service a system that they installed. They were not knowledgeable about the product and had poor customer service.

Please stop your search for who to trust and who to do business with. I am a native Georgian (Athens) but live out of town. My elderly parents in Atlanta depend on power for their medical needs and climate control. I have worked with Better Tomorrow Solar for now ongoing two years and literally entrust my parents lives to them. Literally. I have worked with the owner, advisors, and technicians all very closely to trouble shoot an incredibly difficulty back up issue for my elderly parents. I am a medical professional (physician) and have placed my parents lives literally in Better Tomorrow Sola

The install went really well and all the contractors were knowledgeable and friendly. Someone was always available to answer my questions and the solar plan was detailed and helpful. I am very pleased with my solar setup.

I had been delaying the decision to install solar panels mainly due to budget concerns. This company helped me understand different options and didn’t push me toward the most expensive setup. Instead, they suggested a system that balanced cost and performance. Installation was smooth overall, although weather caused a short delay. What I liked most was their follow-up after the work was completed—they checked whether everything was functioning properly and answered a few additional questions I had. After two billing cycles, I can already see a noticeable difference in my electricity expenses.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“ever before. With our competitive financing options and government incentives and tax…”

  • 24/7 availability

“investment and enjoy dependable power 24/7/365 with solar battery storage. Our…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
