Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Atlanta area. Across Georgia, 46 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 72 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

On the Georgia ranking

No. 3 of the 21 rankable records in Georgia →

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Every company we hold in the Atlanta area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Atlanta area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Custom Solar Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My sales experience started out great but had to switch sales rep and things quickly went downhill. I had a great experience with the first person but the second guy thinks meeting in person is a privilege only granted when you sign with this company. Fair enough, I’ll look elsewhere for solar. It’s hard to take a company who tries to use these tactics to close a deal seriously.

I called the number found online and called. I had an appointment the next day. They sent the team out, they took a look at my system and in 5 minutes or less they had my system back up and running. Great company’s d great customer service. Thank you to tye team that came out to get my solar system back up and running.

Excellent service, friendly, responsive, and professional! They did my solar panel removal and reinstall for a new roof. I was very please at how they worked with my roofer to ensure the project was seamlessly completed.

One of the things I appreciated was how realistic they were during the consultation. They clearly explained that savings would build over time rather than happen instantly. That level of honesty made me more comfortable moving forward. The installation team was punctual and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They also explained basic maintenance, which was helpful since I had no prior experience with solar systems. It’s been around three months now, and everything seems to be running smoothly. The reduction in my electricity bill is gradual but definitely noticeable.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
