Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Atlanta. Across Georgia, 45 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 69 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company is a nightmare to work with my solar project was abandoned through titan. The financial company hired Sunpeach to fix titans mistakes. Commination is horrible They don't have enough help and the help they do send did not come back Promises were made but not kept.

I went with this company because of their clear communication and straightforward pricing. There were no hidden charges, and everything was explained before starting the project. The installation process was mostly smooth, though it took slightly longer than expected due to scheduling. Still, the team kept me informed, which made the delay manageable. After installation, they walked me through how to monitor performance and what to expect over time. It’s been a couple of months now, and I’m already seeing lower electricity bills, which makes the investment feel justified.

I chose this company mainly because of their transparent pricing. There were no hidden costs, and everything was explained clearly before work began. The installation process was smooth overall, though one day had to be rescheduled due to equipment availability. Still, they communicated properly, which made the situation manageable. After installation, they guided me through system monitoring and basic troubleshooting. It’s been a couple of months, and I’m already seeing lower electricity bills. That gradual saving makes the investment feel more practical and justified.

Thank you Jeremy and SunPeach Solar for adopting my system after the company that installed it went out of business. The team went above and beyond to assist me with getting my roof replaced, safely removing, cleaning and reinstalling my panels, and even maximizing my energy production by reconfiguring them for maximum efficiency. SunPeach’s knowledgable and professional help has been invaluable and the entire team has been a pleasure to work with. The relief I feel at knowing SunPeach will be maintaining my panels going forward is real. Thank you!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
