Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Atlanta. Across Georgia, 47 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 19 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in Atlanta whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Firefly Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Poor communication throughout the process. I had to ask for updates and clarification. They missed the installation date by 2 months.

Met with Firefly in late 2025. System with a battery backup installed in January 2026. Decided to go with a battery so that we would have power during an outage. The employee that did the onsite review was personable and knowledgeable and awesome. The install crew (three guys) were also personable and knowledgeable and awesome. Everything went great. The electrician was another perfect example of how to do things right. The county permit inspector was rude and arrogant, but we still passed inspection once we added a second grounding rod (recent code change). System worked great for about three

Firefly did a fantastic job installing our solar panels and managing the related logistical items (county permitting, permissions from the power company, etc.). Panels are working great, and they save us a lot of money on our power bills with clean energy. Couldn't recommend this company more!

Firefly Solar is as good as it gets. Their crew knows their stuff when it comes to modern solar technology, smart panel integration, and battery storage solutions. They answered all my technical questions during commissioning, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered a high-performing system. Outstanding company and fantastic people to work with!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
