Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in Atlanta. Across Georgia, 10 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 47 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Atlanta whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Hannah Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Hannah Solar installed my system in 2016. Then they apparently had financial problems. In 2022 I had them come do a cleaning and maintenance on my system. Their work broke my system for a month before they could return to get it up and running again. My system has ran at 50% since they got it working again. Still, I took out a $399/year annual maintenance plan. They withdrew the money in February and have since continuously given me a message that they will provide the service I paid have paid for. It is now August, and they will not return repeated calls and emails. I don't know if they are e

Continuously have been run in circles for months without results. Now no one answers my calls or emails. Hannah solar must have gone out of business.

My experience has been good overall, especially in terms of reliability. From consultation to installation, everything was handled in a structured way. They didn’t rush the process and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. The installation crew worked efficiently and didn’t leave any mess behind. I appreciated their follow-up call after a few weeks to check if everything was working properly. So far, the system has been performing consistently, and I’ve noticed a steady drop in my electricity usage from the grid. It’s a positive change that I’m happy with.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
