The installation of the panels went fine, but the team perforated a water line that caused a minor leak inside the house, which was caught about a year later. Because it was black mold, and i had young kids, i wanted it fixed right away. I was asked to foot the repair bill and would be reimbursed.. It took threatening litigation and hundreds of phone calls and email threats to have them go on an 8 month payback plan, to pay off the bill! Not a great experience

I paid for a solar install in August of 2022. I am still waiting for them to install. They do not respond to messages. They keep telling me they will get me on the schedule, but they end up pushing me down the road. Do not trust this company. Update: March 2025, the finally started the install. They worked one day, and haven’t been back for 2 1/2 weeks. They made the excuse that it was a supply chain issue, which is infuriating, because I paid extra upfront to purchase everything so that they would have it at the cost at that time. So again don’t trust anything this company has to say to you.

Update 2024 NOT RECOMMENDED. In June 2024 I noticed my solar panels weren't producing much power. I called Creative Solar and they looked up my account and discovered the problem started mid May. It took another 102 days before they fixed the problem, during which I paid over $600 in power bills over what I would have expected if the panels were working, plus $612 to Creative Solar for a total out of pocked of $1212. The standard 5-year warranty only covers problems caused by faulty workmanship. The 20-year parts warranty is with the panel manufacturer, and the homeowner is responsible for add

Everyone I worked with at Creative Solar was kind, helpful, and professional - but like other reviewers here, my install too many, many months longer than was initially planned, and I felt as though nothing happened unless I got in touch multiple times to pester someone about it. Since the delays caused my available tax benefits from the solar install to be reduced, they offered (without me asking) to make up that difference by discounting the cost, and I really appreciate that. That said, it doesn't make up the expenses I paid for electricity during the months where my system wasn't installed

Creative Solar USA did an excellent job installing a FranklinWH battery system to use with our existing solar panels on our home. The wait to install was a little longer than originally anticipated but that was primarily attributed to the increase in demand due to anticipated import tariffs price hikes. Everyone I dealt with on their team communicated well and was great to work with. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.

Solar in general is a challenge to coordinate. If you’re not prepared and haven’t asked all the questions you’re in trouble. BUT these folks will for you. They are a great partner to work width. Professional, knowledgeable, accountable, communicative and patient. HIGHLY recommend you give them a chance.

Had a really good experience getting an additional array + batteries and transfer switch installed w/ these folks. In particular the electrical work was excellent, and I felt the crew was respectful of my home/property. I recommend this company.

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Family owned
“own. Today, Creative Solar USA is a family-owned, family-first company. We use our own…”
Its website also mentions free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
