Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Atlanta. Across Georgia, 47 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Atlanta, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★35%

Each mark is one company we hold in Atlanta whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Pro, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Solar Pro did a 19kw with 60kw battery backup on my house, the install was challenging as house is elevated and roof pitch pretty severe but Jacob and his crew did a perfect install, everything looks professional and works flawlessly. Clean up after completion was 100%. Ike also did a great job with helping me decide on the type and manufacture with no up selling. In the spirit of things I up sold myself. No hidden charges in the end just good ol fashioned skill, knowledge and integrity and no buyers remorse

We are so pleased with our choice to go with Solar Pro to install our new system. From start to finish this company was a true pleasure to work with. Their sales team was amazing, and gave us straight forward honest advice and helped us design a system that worked for our situation. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go solar

I am very proud of my new solar panels. Solar Pro was very professional throughout the entire process. Jim was very prompt and knowledgeable which made my experience a pleasant one. I never felt pressured and Jim took the time to really listen to me. He answered all of my questions. Im so happy I called Solar Pro!

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • solar panels 2
  • attentive staff 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“and we bring it to your door with over 15 years of solar experience. Together we will…”

Its website also mentions financing, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
