In November of 2021 I had solar installed on my house by Powerhome solar, now called Pink Energy. it never operated properly and the installation wasn't up to par. After many unsuccessful tries to repair it they finally washed their hands of me. They left me hanging I contacted Generac. Generac manufactured the controls to convert the solar energy that makes it useful . Generac sent me Carbon Recall LLC 's contact information. After contacting Jeff he came out and assessed my situation. Jeff repaired everything the other company had done and made my solar finally produce what it was designed t

Jeff is awesome!! Hands down best solar person/company I've dealt with in this Warner Robins area! He was able to fit me in before most of the other solar companies, offered a fair fantastic price, and fantastic installation work! He and his team definitely know their stuff and are passionate about solar and making sure your installation is correct. I was their first 15k Sol Ark invertor installation, they'd done many other Sol Arks and invertor installs just not the 15k, and it went smooth and worked great! They installed my entire solar system of 24 panels, the 15k invertor, and my batteries

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Family owned

“of the way. Why go solar with us? Family owned and operated We’re not just a…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Warner Robins is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
