Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Utah. Across Utah, 100 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

John, the owner of Casa Energy, is an honest and communicative professional, who genuinely wants to help his customers save on their power bill and become more independent from the grid. If you're looking for a professional to help you move to solar, go with Casa Energy!

Man this place got my family set up with solar and I can’t be more happy he is great guy and really understands all situations and do his best to work with you! Can’t be happier to have meet him!

Got to Generac and about 12 kW silfab panels. Not the cheapest but worth it in the long run. We opted for the solar edge over the enphase for multiple reasons, mainly because we had a central roof. I would definitely recommend the battery bank option with Rocky Mountain Power after receiving a $6000 check😂 …

What reviewers keep mentioning

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. North Salt Lake is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
