    Signed a contract and they dissappeard after installation. Not trustworthy. Liars and Scammers.

    Stay away from this company. Everything was great at first. Signed the contract then about a week later, I had a request so they could pull my credit. Immediately after I gave my info, I was told the terms of the contract were changing. I I strutted them not to pull my credit until I saw the new terms and signed another contract. Yet, they pulled it anyway… which is against the law. Finally got the new contract but the monthly amount was higher than what it should’ve been. Went round and round with Tanner almost 24 hours until I called the bank. They told me no loan amount was sent yet by Sola

    I would NEVER let any of my family or friends have anything to do with solar.iq We have had nothing but lies with this company. We now have a 1 year old system that weve been paying on that doesnt collect solar for some reason probably hooked up wrong and this company will not return calls or texts or send anyone to see why our $21,000 system has never worked. So now Im stuck with a solar bill and a full rocky bill. Horrible company!

    Curtis was friendly and informative, he answered all of our questions about solar. We actually took the leap and signed up!

    We met with a few solar companies before decided to go with Solar IQ. Tanner, our sales person, walked us through each step and answered all of our questions. Solar IQ got all the permits required. Kaye kept us informed of the progress. The panels were installed about a month after all permits and approvals were received. Once installed, we had an issue with a section of panels not functioning. Kaye got the issue troubleshooted and the electrician came out and quickly solved the problem. Nice people and easy to work with.

    Kaye is amazing! Their whole team is amazing!! I can’t say enough nice things about them. They helped us every step of the way always able to reach and fast responding too! Like lightning fast! Any questions we had Kaye always got us an answer even if she didn’t know it! There was never any unknowns about what we were doing, what the numbers were and the end game plan. SolarIQ is amazing! You won’t regret them!
