It was horrible they tried to tell me they fixed everything and had photos of every string working that they refused to show me. Solarc the inverter company even told both of us on a three way call that they had never seen but one string working. They didn't put the wiring up off the roof which is a fire hazard and didn't even hook up the solar emergency shut off so if there was a fire due to thier incompetence they couldn't have put it out. They tried to get me to sign another contract for more money to finish fixing the system properly. They are incompetent crooks. Do not deal with them. I w

Once our solar panels were turned on, they completely abandon us. It's like pulling teeth for them to correct any minor outages or to even do an onsite visit. We transferred our service and are 1000% happy we made the change!!

Stay away from Clay Solar!!!! - Karen and Orlando sold us a 66k system that was installed by R Solar(Karen signed the agreement with us) the system took 8 plus weeks to install, They installed it wrong. IT does not work!!! R Solar committed fraud against the financing company when they told us our system had passed inspection. it did not, It got turned on for about 5 weeks and then it stopped working. We are paying for a system that we cannot use, We had to open a Fraud case with the finance company. We bought the system in the summer of 2022. The Installation company R Solar whom Karen and Or

I reached out to Clay Solar Installation Partners when we discovered we had a broken panel. Despite delays in international shipping and our servicer/manufacturer being out of business, they were able to coordinate with our new warranty company to provide us a new panel (covered under warranty). This process was not short, but that was due to the delay in shipping. It took about a year but we were finally approved (thanks to Karen's due diligence) for the panel under warranty. We received an update to install and installation was done the following day. Installation took about 20 minutes! I wo

Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. Work with your needs, not tell you what you need like some quotes I got.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“work with a comprehensive workmanship warranty for your peace of mind. Do solar…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Brunswick is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
