Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Fort Myers. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Fort Myers whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Coastal Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I recently visited Coastal Energy’s website while researching solar roofing, Tesla Solar Roof alternatives, standing seam metal roofing, and solar panels for my home. Their online roof and solar calculator made it incredibly easy to get a realistic ballpark estimate for a new metal roof with solar panels in just a few minutes. What I really liked was being able to see an estimated solar roof cost and metal roof cost without waiting for a salesperson to call or sitting through a high-pressure sales pitch. I entered some basic information about my home and quickly received a price range for a st

Eric is very detailed and professional when it comes to anything energy efficient. Explains everything in detail and has truly helped me and other homeowners around me. Highly recommended!

We installed solar a couple years ago. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and everything he promised has worked as exactly as he had said. Great company to deal with. Thank you Coastal Energy!

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
