Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in the Fort Myers area. Across Florida, 231 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 75 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company was subcontracted to remove and reinstall my solar panels in February 2025 during a roof replacement. Within a month of reinstallation, my electric bill increased significantly. I contacted the company and experienced repeated scheduling delays before a technician was sent. I was informed that one of the panels was “broken.” The roofer was charged approximately $1,500 for a replacement panel. They did not verified warranty and, I was offered a used panel as a replacement option. Since the charge was billed through the roofer, I was not provided documentation confirming whether the

Detach Reset Solar was subcontracted by our roofer to remove our panels in late October for a roofing job that was completed the following week. They broke one of the panels during the removal, and attempted to replace it with a used panel after telling me they'd be replacing it with a new one. It is now February, and half of the panels are still sitting on the ground. Detach Reset has generally failed to show up when they said they would, communicated only minimally about everything, and when they do show up they tend to work for a few hours and then claim they're missing parts and we'll need

Hi, my name is Walter Brooks. I’ve had business with detach and reset Solor. I had small little issue. I called customer service. They were great. They came back and addressed the manner very quickly. I really appreciate their work ethics and customer service like I said was great. The workers that came to my house also very nice and polite when I took care of the issue that I had I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of communication. For example the replacement was delayed and no one let me know. This was especially frustrating because I was scheduled to be away from home. However, they did a good job and I’m happy that it’s over.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“more than 2000 solar projects. With over 25 years of combined experience in the…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
