Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Fort Myers. Across Florida, 236 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 62 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

It has been over a year since we had our solar installed with a Tesla Power wall. It’s never worked for more than a couple of weeks. This is how it goes every time we realize the solar isn’t working. We call the company, they ignore us. We leave multiple messages and then finally months later we convince them to return our call, come out and fix it. Then it works for a week or so and we start the process all over again. We paid for this solar in full and have not had any benefit to our electric bill. So much money down the drain. We’re not sure what to do at this point because they won’t call

We originally left a positive review because after a very long and difficult process, we believed PrimeBid Energy had finally corrected the issues with our system. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Our project began in September 2023 involving the uninstall and reinstall of our Tesla solar system during a roof replacement. Since then, this has turned into a 2.5-year ongoing issue involving repeated failed repairs, communication problems, permitting concerns, and a system that has functioned properly for only a few months total. Tesla inspected the system multiple times and identified

We had a fantastic experience with PrimeBid installing our Tesla Powerwalls. The crew was organized, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar or backup energy!

PrimeBid made the entire solar installation process easy from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what they promised. Our system is performing great and we’re already seeing lower electric bills!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“built into the roof. 25-year warranty. Florida Product Approval. Integrated…”

Its website also mentions 24/7 availability, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
