Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 59 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 104 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Brian was very fast and efficient, the rebound program is amazing and I don't think you can find a better deal anywhere else.

Not only did they have the hard to find group 41 battery that I needed for my classic car in stock, but they couldn’t have been more friendly and down to earth. You could tell that this was a group of guys that was trying to get it right for their customers. That’s unusual in today’s day and age. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you.

This Spokane location provided the best service I have ever experienced in any kind of automotive related store or shop. They go above and beyond with friendliness, efficiency, timeliness. Additionally, the store and shop is tidy and organized. I highly recommend this location for any battery needs, etc

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cheney is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
