This project has been incredibly frustrating. The team has no project management experience and no ability to communicate effectively. The project has been delayed and poorly executed.

UPDTATE #1 - 6/30/2026 So, they got around to fixing the critter guard installation about a week or so after I posted this. I exchanged emails with my project manager Mike, who assured me that once the registration for the solar incentive system was finished, he would meet with me to review how to report solar production. The registration was completed on 5/14/2026 and he has since not returned a single call, text, or email. I am very disappointed in how this has been playing out but will continue to update as necessary. ______________________ I have a lot of mixed feelings about my experience

Awful company to work with. The system was turned on months after the agreed date, and it only runs at 50% of the contractual production. Half of the panels are offline. They are dragging this out and refusing to come and fix it. Don't believe in the service warranty they promise. ZERO STARS in possible.

Cosmo Solaris exceeded every expectation. The quality is outstanding, the design feels premium, and everything works exactly as promised. Customer service was responsive and helpful, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and well‑made.

I had an excellent experience with Cosmo Solaris from start to finish. John, my project manager, was outstanding — extremely responsive, proactive, and always kept me informed at every step of the process. I never felt in the dark, and any questions I had were addressed quickly and clearly. The team was flexible and willing to work with me when questions or adjustments came up, which I really appreciated. I also had a fairly tight timeline to get my solar project completed, and Cosmo Solaris not only met it — they finished everything a full month early, including installation, inspections, and

Overall, I have been satisfied with our new solar system from Cosmo Solaris. Zayn was our sales contact and John was the Project Manager. It was a bit of a rocky start as it wasn’t completely clear that our property was a good candidate for solar due to the amount of shade but we were reassured with Cosmo Solaris’ production guarantee. The system began operating in December so it is too soon to tell if it will generate the guaranteed kWh. Cosmo Solaris handled all the permitting and installation without any issues and on time which was critical because of expiring tax credits. The team that di

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“detail and provided me with great financing options. The process was smooth, and I’m glad…”
  • 24/7 availability

“monthly electricity bill and enjoy 24/7 access to power. Solar Calculator…”
  • Insured

“installation team is certified and insured, so you can know that your system…”
  • Licensed

“In Solar Energy at home We’re licensed contractors with local offices in TX,…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
