Crisp Renewables

Each mark is one company we hold in Raleigh whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Crisp Renewables is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Crisp Clean Solar helped us expand our existing rooftop solar power system and found us a great price on Maxeon panels that matched the look of our existing panels but with higher production capability. Austin was very professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process!

Crisp Clean Solar and Austin in particular were great, thorough, quick, and sure to keep me informed at every step of the process to getting my system installed. Now the 22 panels they installed have lowered my power bill to basically nothing. We've had a few glitches since installation and the response to those from Crisp Clean Solar were just as good, solving the problems quickly. I'm definitely happy I did business with them and recommend them to others.

Crisp Clean were great to work with. They were quite responsive and proactive in their communications throughout the install and even afterwards when I wanted to get the panels removed and reinstalled as part of my roof replacement. They were always flexible with the dates and prompt in terms of their schedules and finishing their work on time. Overall quite satisfied with their service and impressed with their professionalism.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Established

  “solar + battery installer since 2010 . 4.7 ★ 600+ Google reviews 7,500+…”

• Years in business

“range plus what you'd keep over 25 years. We model it low on purpose. Sample…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
