Buyer beware: 8/2024 UPDATE- I have submitted an AG complaint against ENCOR/EastMountain Solar/Jordan Barry for abandoning numerous systems leaving them inoperable. The more people who submit a valid AG complaint, the more likely something with me done to remedy all of us who were left abandoned. ENCOR SOLAR (allegedly went bankrupt In Oct2023) currently is still operating under the name East Mountain Solar. Encor has left many solar systems inoperable and abandoned since Oct23. Initiated solar with Jordan Barry of Encōr solar/ EverGuard Solar July23. Everything seemed great. Was incentivized

Everything our sales representative told us would happen, hasn't besides the solar panel installation and Evergy approval for operation. We are supposed to be getting blown in insulation completed months ago. The company they were using apparently has stopped doing it/quit. We have called the main # numerous times and cannot get an answer. We are also waiting on a measly 250$ check that still hasn't happened. Now that our summer is here, our electric bill shot up significantly in the last 30 days. Hoping that someone with Encore will read this and help our issue get expedited. We are waiting o

We started working with Encor in August of 2022 to obtain our solar panels. It is almost April 2023, now, & our solar panels are still not functioning. We are still waiting for our final PNM inspection. We are have been paying double, making payments both to Encor and to PNM, during the coldest winter months.

Wonderful customer service! Helped me troubleshoot pairing our solar panels to a new inverter with solar edge. Amazing experience! Highly recommend.

This company was very quick to respond to my call. Which is normal for most companies, but the response time is unmatched. I sent a message stating my previous installer would not respond to any of my calls since I had a inverted warranty swap, they responded right away and had me up and running with no problem, thanks again guys

Jordan was timely, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend utilizing East Mountain Solar.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Portales is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
