If I could give no stars I would. I signed with this man ten months ago, paid an additional $3,000 to bump up my electricity, the tiles are up, I paid him in full two months ago (idiot!!!!!) and am still paying PNM a monthly bill and waiting to be connected to them. He no longer answers texts or emails. I've filed a consumer complaint with the New Mexico A.G. and am at a loss as to what to do. Hoping he will see this review, get me connected to PNM and convert my propane furnace to electricity, as promised. Again (this is a follow-up from my review last year) I’d give no stars if I could. ***BEWARE! Do not use this solar company! Fabian lied to us. It has been a complete nightmare. We found out they are just a sub contractor they don't even install a separate company will show up. They will rip you off like they did us! You will regret it! They blocked my calls! I tried going to there office listed on Google and it's a house, no one answered. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID WE ARE PREPARING TO FILE A LAW SUIT! ****

I would give them a zero if I could - they will make promises to fix your problems for 2 years and then decide to charge you $2,600 dollars after telling you they would do it for free because they said that “They ALWAYS take care of their customers”. Owner started ghosting us, would not answer our calls or text - we now have a $40,000 system that saves us about $200 on our electric bill but we now have a loan payment of $235 - using this company was the WORST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!

Elysium solar is very quickly to get you up and running. Very great customer service! Recommend for sure!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“and no complications. FLEXIBLE SOLAR FINANCING OPTIONS We believe that everyone should have…”

• Warranty

“Our company provides a 25 year warranty on our installations. Our team is…”

• Licensed

“and improve your bottom line. FULLY LICENSED Our company is fully licensed and…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under electrical, pressure washing and roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
