Its one and two star share is 24 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 68 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

System is only producing 20% of our needs. No call back or correspondence to address this and other empty promises.

The process to get the panels went smoothly. Elevate was on top of everything, they made sure to keep me in loop with throughout the full process, if I needed to sign any documents whether I needed to sign a document that was sent to my email or if I needed to get a document notarized, they sent a notary to my house. All was good. Now here is the part that has truly upset me and has made me regret getting solar panels through Elevate, it is for that reason I have rated them the way that I did. I was told that once the panels were installed they would replace all my lights bulbs with LED lights

These people are criminals. They sold this system to me and it is insufficient to power my home. They didn't provide any services they said they would, did not contact me when the system was ready to commission and never verified things were good. They don't return emails and never answer the phone. In the end I'm stuck with a bill for the solar power system and a power bill. Contacted the installer and they say the system is undersized and can be brought up to the level needed for another $15,000.00. Oh, had a hurricane here in September after the panels were brought on line. No power during

Did a great job on the presentation, answering all the questions and putting up with all concerns.

Our salesman Samuel was very nice and informative. Company easy to work with.

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
